Wobby Waters comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests.

There are three beautifully appointed bedrooms:

  • Master bedroom – King-size bed with ensuite and direct access to the waterfront deck

  • Second bedroom – Queen-size bed

  • Third bedroom – Two single beds
    An additional sofa bed is available in the downstairs games room, ideal for extra guests or children.

Check-in is from 2:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to booking schedule and availability.

Wobby Waters is water-access only, ensuring a peaceful and private experience.
Guests can reach the property by:

  • Ferry from Brooklyn (runs approximately every hour), or

  • Water taxi (about 5 minutes from Brooklyn or Parsley Bay).
    We’ll provide full transport details and contact numbers once your booking is confirmed.

Long-stay parking is available in Brooklyn along Dangar Road and at the Parsley Bay Boat Ramp.
These are secure, well-used parking areas for river-access properties.

Wobby Waters offers a private pontoon and deep-water mooring.
Maximum boat length is 12 metres.
You can also fish, kayak, or swim directly from the jetty.

Yes, well-behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement with the owner.
We ask that pets stay off furniture and are supervised outdoors at all times.

While Little Wobby is a peaceful, residential area, there are wonderful dining options just across the river — easily reached by ferry, water taxi, or private boat:

  • Peats Bite – iconic waterfront restaurant (bookings essential)

  • Cottage Point Inn and Berowra Waters Inn – fine dining by the water

  • Cafés and casual dining in Brooklyn and Dangar Island for relaxed meals and great coffee

Your stay includes:

  • Quality bed linen and towels

  • Wi-Fi, heating, and cooling for year-round comfort

  • Fully equipped kitchen and outdoor BBQ area

  • Laundry with washer and dryer

  • Kayaks and basic fishing gear available for guest use

Yes, we supply all bath towels and linens, but recommend bringing beach towels and swimmers for river swims, kayaking, and outdoor relaxation.

  • Bushwalking and wildlife spotting along scenic tracks from the property

  • Boating to explore the Hawkesbury’s hidden bays and coves

  • Relaxing by the firepit or enjoying sunset drinks on the deck

Yes, there is reliable Wi-Fi and mobile coverage for most major providers.

Absolutely — Wobby Waters is ideal for families and groups.
Please note the waterfront location, so children should be supervised at all times near the pontoon and decks.
